Fatal Attraction (Pothos Plant)

Air So Pure ® - Fatal Attraction - Cordyline Australis

Not so many plants are as fascinating as Sarracenia, Dionaea and Nepenthes. These plants, also called carnivorous plants, live on insects.

Around the world, about 500 varieties of carnivorous plants are found. The majority originates from the tropics, but also in our areas carnivorous plants are found. All carnivorous plants are found in areas which are poor in minerals.

Carnivorous plants get their nutrition off the insects they catch. These insects contain essential minerals and nitrogen and replenish the nutrition off the plant. The plants developed several adjustments and mechanisms to seduce, catch and digest insects.
